Secondary School Teacher with Special Duties (mbA) for English/IB Coordinator 90%The Rämibühl Secondary School is a long-term secondary school with a classical and modern language profile. 120 teachers and 30 staff members guide around 900 students to the Swiss Matura and university entrance qualification – some also to the International Baccalaureate (IB). The attractive school facility is centrally located near the Zurich universities in the middle of the green Rämibühl Park.
Your tasks
- At the beginning of the autumn semester 2026/27, a position as a secondary school teacher with special duties (mbA, 90%) for English is to be filled at the Rämibühl Secondary School. Part of the teaching load includes the function of IB coordinator, in which you take over the communication, organization, and supervision of the IB course. As a secondary school teacher "with special duties," you want to contribute creativity and innovative spirit to projects of pedagogical school development and are willing to take on tasks in class leadership and school administration alongside teaching.
Your profile
- You have a university degree in English, have obtained the higher teaching qualification for secondary schools, have training as an IB coordinator, and bring several years of teaching experience at the secondary school level.
