Your Tasks
You are responsible for the individual care and support of the residents. The nursing measures are planned, carried out, and evaluated by you according to current standards. You are actively involved in shaping care processes and quality development. In the interprofessional team, you work with doctors, therapists, and relatives. In addition to ensuring nursing documentation (RAI-LTCF), your tasks also include guiding and supporting trainees and interns.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Experience in long-term care or acute care is an advantage
- You are reliable, empathetic, and team-oriented
- Your customer orientation and service readiness distinguish you
- You can think in a networked way and have decision-making competence
