To strengthen our team in the ward for addiction disorders of all substances, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement
Tasks
- You care for, accompany, and support people with multiple dependencies focusing on individual needs, promoting self-determination and resource activation
- You see yourself as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team and are jointly responsible for the optimal implementation of a recovery-oriented approach
- Through your understanding and positive communication, you strengthen the relationship, convey security, and promote the willingness to change of the patients
- You are responsible for the organization and execution of household tasks on the ward
- You are jointly responsible for ensuring the ordering system and material management
- Your working hours can be freely chosen between early or late shifts, provided there is a weekly regularity
Profile
- Federal certificate of competence as a health specialist
- Enjoy working with people in the addiction field
- Organizational flair, solution-oriented communication, and enjoyment of working at eye level
- Motivated, creative, and team-oriented personality with a great sense of humor
