What we will accomplish together:

We invite you to join our industrial team, located in Rumilly, near Annecy, which will support you during these few months of internship.

Integrated within an Autonomous Production Unit, your main mission is to support the maturity development of a production workshop in lean.

In this respect, your tasks are as follows:

• Management of KAIZEN performance workshops: SMED, 5S, Standards, in DMAIC format

• Support for machine operators, measurement and analysis of production deviations with proposal of PDCA action plans,

• Maturity development of Operators and organization of training to acquire level 2 maintenance skills

• Creation and writing of standards related to processes

• Proposal and implementation of improvement areas (organizational, technical)

You assist and support team leaders in their managerial tasks and workshop management.

Bring your skills:

ü You are preparing a Bac+4/5 level training with a specialization in industrial engineering, and you want to gain significant experience on an industrial site within a large international group.

ü A natural facilitator capable of bringing out good ideas, you are rigorous, methodical, and have a good team spirit.

ü Previous project mode experience is appreciated.
