Job / Position: Sales Consultant HVAC Field Service Härkingen
We are an established family business in the field of climate, refrigeration, and air technology with four locations in Switzerland. Since our founding in 1990, quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships have been the focus of our actions.
Today, around 25 dedicated employees are working daily for our customers. The company is managed in the second generation and is continuously developing.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality in sales field service with development potential for our Härkingen SO branch.
Your tasks
- Consulting and selling solutions in the field of climate, refrigeration, and air technology
- Support of private and business customers
- Acquisition of new customers in the region
- Planning and designing systems
- Accompanying projects from preparation to follow-up
- Quality controls during project execution
- Coordination between technology, customers, and suppliers
- Expansion of the market position and awareness of SUBAG TECH AG in the region
- Deputizing for sales at the headquarters
Your profile
- Technical background, ideally in HVAC / building technology
- Experience in field service
- Enjoyment of sales and customer interaction
- Independent, structured working style
- Organizational talent and sense of responsibility
- Experience in project environments or administrative processes is an advantage
- Confident German, English skills are an advantage
- Driver's license category B
