Technical Buyer (40 - 60%)
Procurement and supply chain management are your world? You work independently, like to take responsibility, and feel at home in an industrial environment? Then you are exactly right with us!
In this versatile role, you strategically manage our external suppliers and ensure professional, smooth supplier management. At the same time, you represent operational purchasing if needed and actively drive continuous improvements in your area of responsibility. You can expect a varied task with plenty of creative freedom and high independence.
This is what you will do with us
- you are responsible for professional, holistic, and future-oriented supplier management
- you independently and purposefully conduct price, contract, and condition negotiations
- you identify savings and optimization potentials and implement them sustainably
- you plan requirements and forecast figures precisely and coordinate them with the relevant interfaces
- you handle quality cases and complaints and develop effective solutions together with suppliers
- you support product management in onboarding new suppliers and products
- you continuously analyze, review, and improve work processes in your area of responsibility
- you competently and reliably represent and support operational purchasing when needed
This is what you bring with you
- technical or commercial training as well as professional experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- very good technical understanding, ideally with experience in the heating industry
- strong negotiation and communication skills
- analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- very good German skills as well as good to very good English skills in spoken and written form
- enjoyment of working in an industrial environment
- high customer orientation and a communicative, team-oriented manner
- an independent, responsible, and reliable working style
- perseverance, commitment, and willingness to actively take on responsibility
