The largest public swimming pool in the city of Zurich is waiting for you! At the Mythenquai beach pool, up to 10,000 guests enjoy the sun, lake, and summer vibes on hot days – and we make sure they also get a culinary treat. With our healthy enjoyment, we delight young and old right by the water – fresh, heartfelt, and with a touch of Hiltl wow. As a shift manager, you take responsibility for the daily business, lead your team with energy and heart, and ensure that every guest takes a piece of Hiltl summer feeling home with them.

From May, we will take over the gastronomy at the Mythenquai pool. To prepare, you will start in April in our Hiltl restaurants. For the shift manager Hiltl at the beach, we are looking for motivated hosts with heart, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for the summer operation.

Your tasks

• You take operational responsibility during your shift and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You reliably implement processes and standards and ensure that the management's guidelines are followed
• During your shift, you lead the team – with overview, clarity, and a touch of heart.
• You keep an eye on quality, order, and hygiene and enforce them consistently
• You support management in planning, organizing, and coordinating
• You take guest feedback seriously and take care of appropriate solutions
• Hands-on is part of it: whether service, kitchen, cash register, or buffet – you pitch in exactly where the team needs you
• You strengthen team spirit and are a role model for the Hiltl values

Your backpack (or suitcase, depending on your travel luggage)

• A completed EFZ training in gastronomy – or comparable experience
• At least 1 year of professional experience and initial leadership experience
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are a bonus
• Joy in responsibility and the ability to stay calm even when things get hectic
• High flexibility and resilience – because we are a seasonal business and weather-dependent
