- Completed or advanced studies in nursing or medical education or health sciences

- High social competence, motivation, and openness in dealing with trainees (m/f/d) – especially in supporting individual learning and problem situations
- Strong ability to support trainees (m/f/d) in the nursing field in a motivating, empathetic, and solution-oriented manner with individual challenges
