The position offers development potential: in the medium term, the assumption of the role as Managing Director is planned.

Your area of responsibility

• Ensuring contemporary property management
• Leading internal projects (e.g. renovation/conversion projects, cooperative activities)
• Supporting the Managing Director in personnel and organisational leadership

 Your profile

• Experience in property management (preferably with a federal professional certificate)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and social media
• Leadership experience desired
• Efficient and independent working style
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Negotiation skills as well as a friendly and confident manner
• Independent and reliable person
