Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for two assistants for the General Secretariat on a temporary hourly wage basis until the end of February 2026. Depending on the progress of our data migration project, an extension of four to six months is possible.
Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy digital transformation? Then you are exactly right with us! For the introduction of our new database and web system SCNAT, we are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy researching as well as entering and maintaining data.
Your tasks:
- Data entry and maintenance of person, organization, and project data
- You keep an overview of data quality and eliminate duplicates
- You research, update, and process feedback in collaboration with the team
- You actively contribute to optimizing our database structures
What you bring:
You have recently completed commercial training or are studying
- You are familiar with databases or learn quickly
- You work precisely, structured, and think in networks
- You are a team player with initiative
- You speak German or French and can communicate in the other language and in English
- You are familiar with common MS Office programs and possibly already have MacOS knowledge
