About the job
Libera AG is a leading Swiss company in the field of occupational pensions with locations in Basel and Zurich. We provide comprehensive and professional advice to companies and pension funds. To expand our team, we are looking for a:
- You are responsible for the overall financial management of the company and present the monthly financial figures to the management team.
- You build an effective internal control system as well as a structured risk management and keep both up to date on an ongoing basis.
- You accompany board meetings and general meetings (including preparation of documents, dividend processing, and shareholder communication).
- You manage partner and employee participations from calculation through contracts to final payment.
- You coordinate annual financial statements, work closely with the auditors and the external fiduciary service provider, and review tax correspondence.
- You simplify, standardize, and further develop internal financial and management reporting.
This is how you succeed:
- You have a solid education in finance or accounting and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- You can demonstrate very good knowledge in closing, reporting, and controlling processes.
- A reliable, independent, and service-oriented working style characterizes you.
- You appreciate flexible working models and support the company situationally with your commitment at a workload of about 30% (annual working time).
