The beautifully located Hochweid Retirement Center in Kilchberg includes a retirement and nursing home with space for around 48 residents as well as a care living group with 10 places for people with dementia. The focus of our work is on palliative care and dementia care. Our center also includes a retirement settlement with 53 retirement apartments as well as 5 additional retirement apartments in the Conradstift at Dorfstrasse 80/82.

Your Tasks

Execution of nursing and medical-technical tasks
Planning, monitoring, implementation and, if necessary, adjustment of the care process
Professional communication with residents and relatives
Assuming shift responsibility (excluding night shifts)
Interprofessional interaction with residents in the palliative care setting

Your Qualifications

Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Work experience in long-term care is an advantage
RAI RUG – knowledge is an advantage
Physically and mentally stable
Good IT user skills
Very good German skills (spoken and written)
