Test Equipment Allrounder Robotics 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.
This is what you can achieve:
Assistance in the development, design, procurement, and assembly of equipment and gauges for the production of our Robotics instruments
Close collaboration with production and the CAD team of the research and development department
Technical clarifications with suppliers and obtaining quotes, up to order placement
Assembling new equipment and gauges as well as supporting existing test equipment used in production
Functional testing and handover of new equipment and gauges to production
Creation and archiving of documentation/specifications of the test equipment
Definition of maintenance plans / determination of test intervals
This is what you bring:
Training as a mechanic/polymechanic or comparable professional experience in a technical field
Very good technical knowledge
PC skills (Microsoft Office)
Reading and understanding technical drawings is an advantage
Very independent and coordinated way of working
Creative and upbeat personality who enjoys actively shaping the work
Enjoys working across departments, likes to approach people
Very good German skills C1
