At the Reitmen school, around 450 students are taught by a dedicated and collegial team at the kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels. From summer 2026, the kindergarten level will have 3 classes and the primary level 9 classes. The school social workers are part of the team. The Reitmen school is a QUIMS school, focusing on language promotion, integration, and school success.

• Personnel, educational, and administrative leadership of the kindergarten and primary levels
• Further development and promotion of the school's educational orientation
• Active shaping of a future-oriented and innovative school
• Participation in the team of school and area management

• Completed school leadership training or on the way to it
• High social competence, organizational talent, communication skills, and flexibility
• Innovative and enthusiastic ability and high resilience
• Enjoyment of innovative school and teaching development, enjoyment of a comprehensive school
• Your team, motivation, and conflict skills are complemented by healthy persuasiveness, a touch of humor, and the necessary composure
