We are looking for a committed personality for the Front Office, who combines organizational talent with service orientation and keeps an overview even in a dynamic environment, starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Front Office Employee (80–100%) | Spitex
As a central hub in the Front Office, you take on an important role in daily operations and ensure that processes run smoothly. With your organizational talent and service orientation, you contribute significantly to making employees, clients, and external partners feel well cared for.
Your main tasks include:
- First point of contact at reception and on the phone (triage, coordination, and support)
- Handling a variety of administrative and organizational tasks in daily business
- Supporting management, administration, and specialist departments in daily operations
- Coordinating materials, orders, infrastructure, and internal processes
- Responsibility for topics such as IT support, device management, and key management
- Organizing events and participating in internal projects and processes
You bring with you:
- Completed commercial training (EFZ), ideally in healthcare
- Very good MS Office skills and a high digital affinity
- Quick comprehension as well as structured and independent working style
- Strong service orientation and professional appearance
- Organizational talent and enjoyment of a versatile hub function
- Discretion, resilience, and flexibility
