Application Operator GLS-Cockpit
The Real Estate Office of the Canton of Zurich operates the GLS-Cockpit, a central building management system for monitoring, alerting, and controlling numerous cantonal properties. Would you like to actively participate in the introduction and continuous improvement of this system? As an application operator, you will accompany the GLS-Cockpit from implementation through training to ongoing development. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated application operator starting February 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You ensure the reliable operation of our GLS-Cockpit platform and take on the analysis and resolution of malfunctions
- You support users in first-level support and manage user and access rights
- You conduct user training and create clear instructions and documentation
- You take care of updates and security measures, ensuring secure system operation
- You assist in integrating new buildings into the GLS-Cockpit
Your profile
- You have completed training in computer science, business informatics, or building automation – or have an equivalent qualification
- You bring experience in operating and supporting IT systems; knowledge in the field of building automation is an advantage
- You are confident in handling common server environments and have basic knowledge in databases
- You have a good understanding of networks, IT security, and patch management
- You are characterized by a service-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and high social competence
