• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Electrical Engineering team including business management responsibility
• Definition and further development of the technical and strategic orientation of the department
• Ensuring efficient development processes and smooth workflows from the concept phase to series production
• Definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of standards, processes, and best practices
• Promotion of an open, trusting, and interdisciplinary collaboration within the team and adjacent areas
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with prototyping as well as project and product management

• Completed basic training in electrical engineering (e.g., electronics technician, automation technician)
• Further education HF/FH in electrical engineering and business administration, ideally with additional qualification in project management
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role in a technology or industrial company
• Strong commitment as well as independent, responsible, and structured working style
• Communicative personality with decision-making ability and assertiveness
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as identification with working with people
• Good knowledge of MS Office & SAP
• Very good German and English skills

As Head of Electrical Engineering, you take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Electrical Engineering team. You are responsible for the development of innovative electrical and electronic systems, drive technical standards forward, and ensure the highest quality throughout the entire development cycle. In close collaboration with adjacent areas such as prototyping, you actively shape the technological future of our company.
