HOST (m/f/d)

100% | Start December 1, 2025 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You are the face of the Krone – warm, present and attentive in daily guest contact
• Management of the restaurant operation supported by the head chef
• Responsible for market positioning and marketing in close cooperation with the managing director
• Promotion and retention of employees, including recruitment
• Operational and results-oriented management of the gastronomy business, including achieving sales targets and adhering to the cost budget
• Develops seasonal offer design together with the head chef
• Supports the managing director in administrative matters
• Acts as deputy for the managing director during her absence
• Ensures and increases guest and customer satisfaction
• Informs the operations committee regularly about the set goals

Your profile

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management
• Several years of experience in a leadership role in service or as a host/hostess
• Enjoyment of personal guest contact and passion for genuine service
• Organizational talent with an eye for detail
• Resilient, charming and solution-oriented personality
• Good German skills, any additional language is an advantage
