Your tasks
Whether you have several years of experience in a similar position or are looking to start in the office combined with performing blood collections, this position might interest you.
- You support our customers by phone and take on various administrative tasks such as reorders, entering results, clarifications with insurers, master data management, etc.
- Performing blood collections
- Accounting including corrections of invoices are also activities that belong to your area of responsibility
What you bring
- Completed training as an MPA or comparable training in healthcare, preferably with experience in administration
- Excellent German skills, good knowledge of English and French desired
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- We expect multitasking and teamwork skills
- You act thoughtfully, discreetly, and have a winning personality
- You work precisely and independently, have a strong customer and service orientation, and are committed to our customers with dedication.
- You are open to innovations and have a knack for documenting processes and correspondence
