Job Description:
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a division of Arrow Electronics Group (16,500 employees in 58 countries, revenue +29 billion dollars), provides IT professionals (service companies, publishers, and integrators) with comprehensive technology solutions associated with training and service offerings, across 5 main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software, and Cloud solutions.
As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a Brand Manager Citrix based in our Courbevoie office (Canopy Building - 6 Rue du Général Audran).
As a Brand Manager Citrix, you will be responsible for relationships with Arrow's suppliers (Infrastructure sector), including analyzing business and brand activities, forecasting, managing the pipeline and commitments, closing supplier contracts, and coordinating Arrow's coverage. You will also oversee the internal and field sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and enhance relationships between the organization and suppliers, clients, and vendors in the infrastructure technology sector by establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals in target companies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategy and business development.
Manage sales, marketing, and/or product teams as needed to implement business development initiatives.
Recruit, hire, and mentor the best business development teams.
Provide market insights; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific business strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
Ensure the execution of sales growth plans. Generate results by identifying demand and demand creation opportunities.
Job Complexity:
Manages and supervises a complex sales team.
Is responsible for the performance and results of the team within its sector.
Adapts service plans and priorities to meet operational and resource challenges.
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and the business plan; receives advice from management.
Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or clients.
Responsible for the budget, performance, and results of multiple teams.
Exerts complete management authority, including performance evaluations, salary decisions, recruitment, disciplinary actions, termination, and other personnel matters.
Manages issues impacting beyond the team by leveraging knowledge of relevant stakeholders.
Your Profile:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in IT sales.
Proven experience in the IT infrastructure and/or IT distribution sector is essential for this position.
Proven experience in team management is mandatory.
Fluency in English is essential for success in this recruitment.
A well-established network of relationships in the local market is essential.
An interest in the latest technologies and IT, particularly in the infrastructure field.
An excellent sense of communication will allow you to collaborate with the team and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
