Certified Nursing Specialist HF / Certified Nursing Specialist HF, with advanced knowledge in dementia care 40 - 100%
Your main tasks
- Professional, individual, and relationship-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- As the primary contact person, responsible for ensuring the nursing process including the involvement of the social environment
- Contact person for relatives on topics of information, advice, and support
- Active participation in the implementation of our concept for protected dementia wards
- Proper execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Assuming daily and shift responsibility
What you bring with you
- High motivation to jointly pursue our vision
- Proven professional experience in the field of dementia
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or foreign diploma with SRK recognition
- Interest in further education and training (e.g. CAS in life-world-oriented dementia care)
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Good digital skills for electronic administration with BESA (future interRAI), easyDOK, and common Office programmes
