What your everyday life looks like
- On our long-term care ward, geriatric residents with varying long-term care needs live
- You competently and reliably perform basic and treatment care, evaluate feasibility and effectiveness, and document comprehensibly
- Care is an integral part of your work
- Within your competencies, you make decisions independently and act accordingly
- You involve relatives of our residents in your primary care
- Supporting and promoting our trainees and interns is part of your task
- You document observations and changes using our digital tools
- You engage in internal working groups for the further development of Thurvita
