Your tasks:
- Writing minutes and creating/revising various documents
- Taking on special tasks in the area of school social work, digital communication, etc.
- Support in organizing events
- Various general administrative tasks
- Mail processing and email management
- Telephone and personal contact with clients
You bring:
- Completed 3-year commercial basic training as well as experience in telephone and personal customer contact
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Affinity for digital applications and good PC user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Flexibility, good manners, and confident appearance
- Enjoyment of work, teamwork, and enthusiasm
- Reliable and precise working method
