Your Profile
- You have a qualification in social pedagogy or equivalent
- In addition to existing management experience, you have the suitability/permission to manage a residential facility according to SbStG-DVO §9 within the framework of SGB IX
- A subsequent transfer/takeover into another employment relationship in the field of integration Neustadt i.H. is included
- You maintain an appreciative attitude as well as a resident-oriented approach to work
- You have professional experience in the field of integration assistance (SGB IX)
- You can demonstrate experience in dealing with people with mental disabilities
- You are creative, a team player, flexible, and have the ability to independently and responsibly plan and lead a team
