Maintenance Specialist for Versatile Activities

• You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, facilities, and the surrounding area
• You monitor building services such as heating, ventilation, sanitation, and lighting and ensure smooth operation
• You independently carry out repair and maintenance work and fix minor malfunctions
• You regularly inspect rooms, facilities, and equipment and ensure order, cleanliness, and safety
• You maintain green areas, paths, and squares and take on seasonal tasks such as winter services or leaf removal
• You coordinate external craftsmen if needed and support maintenance and repair work

• You have completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ or a comparable manual profession
• You work independently, reliably, and solution-oriented
• You bring technical understanding and manual skills
• You are physically resilient and enjoy working indoors and outdoors
• Ideally, you have a category B driving license
