We are strengthening our team within the electrical department of the Eclépens Cement Plant.

What awaits you
- Maintain and manage measuring, analysis, and metrology instruments
- Monitor instruments related to radiation protection
- Contribute to the proper functioning of the control system and process computers
- Participate in the development and implementation of internal department projects
- Provide on-call service according to a predetermined rotation
- Collaborate in apprentice training and sharing best practices
- Apply safety rules, procedures, and OH&S permits and report any health and safety-related events or hazards
What you bring
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician, electronics technician, or equivalent training
Higher technical diploma (ES) in industrial systems is an asset, with a real willingness to work in the field - At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of a production center, ideally in heavy industry
- Good knowledge of industrial instrumentation, metrology, and environmental analyses
- Comfortable with IT as a working tool (networks, servers, configuration; SAP and MS Office are an asset)
- Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- Authorization for OIBT connection art. 15, platform permits, work at heights, and confined space entry (or willing to train according to job requirements)
- Team spirit, commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn
