Your daily work with us:
You play a central role in the gastronomic experience of our guests and coordinate the daily operation of the Parkrestaurant and the Kehrli Terrace in summer together with your management team (Chef de Service & Breakfast Team Leader). You have excellent knowledge in the field of gastronomy to ensure smooth service during high guest volumes and enthusiastically embody our philosophy as well as our empathetic leadership culture. You appreciate working on our busy terrace as much as the stylish evening service. Warm, courteous, proactive – you have the ability to handle 100 covers per service.
Your main tasks include, among others:
• Managing reservations and table assignments
• Ensuring communication between kitchen and service
• Independent and professional handling of guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback
• Compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies
With targeted training and coaching, you promote your employees and thus ensure service quality. With your eye for the big picture, you also understand complex contexts and can recognize changes in ongoing operations and develop appropriate solutions. As part of our team, you passionately contribute your additional skills to other tasks and can also count on the support of your team colleagues.

… Restaurant specialist with EFZ, degree from a hotel management school, or similar training in gastronomy.
… Several years of professional experience, as well as relevant experience in leadership or deputy positions

... Very good language skills in spoken and written German and English, French and any other language are an advantage.
