Your tasks
- Responsible for the structure and filing of documents and contracts
- Processing incoming invoices with electronic invoice processing
- Administrative handling of board meetings and general meetings of the individual companies
- Registration and deregistration and changes in the commercial register
- Overview / filing of rental contracts
- Management of insurances
- Further tasks in financial accounting and administration
Requirements
- Completed commercial training EFZ
- Good MS Office user skills and SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Team-oriented and flexible personality with a very precise, reliable, and structured working style
