High Construction Office | 100% | Chur

As a specialized position in the construction sector of the canton of Graubünden, the High Construction Office manages the interests of the canton as a property owner and/or construction client and is responsible for all real estate management services. This includes structuring the real estate portfolio, planning, implementation, and management of properties as well as consultations.

For April 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for a caretaker of properties, a janitor.

As a caretaker of properties, janitor, you can expect an open working environment in the center of Chur, attractive opportunities for further training, as well as possible space for family and leisure time planning.

Your field of responsibilities

Take responsibility for monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining the technical installations of buildings in the areas of electricity, heating, ventilation, climate, and sanitary installations to ensure optimal maintenance, care, and use
Identify and eliminate deficiencies as well as perform minor repairs
Professionally execute the maintenance and care of building substances as well as outdoor facilities, including snow removal
Take responsibility for cleaning buildings and facilities including surroundings
Instruct and professionally perform cleaning tasks within the cleaning service and personally, professionally, and organizationally manage the cleaning staff directly reporting to you
Be the direct contact person for employees of the cantonal administration and tenants, receive requests and questions, and coordinate necessary steps to resolve problems

What we expect from you

Completed training in the craft or technical sector
Additional training as janitor APF or willingness to complete this training
Strong sense of responsibility and quality
Willingness to act in case of technical interventions
Comprehensive thinking as well as an independent and solution-oriented working style
Good computer skills
