- Review and disposition of illness and disability costs for ZL recipients
- Review of cost estimates from dentists and disposition of dental costs
- Creation of compulsory assignments in the area of the KVG mandatory insurance
- Ensuring the interface for KVG exemption applications of the Health Directorate
- Conducting personal and telephone consultations on behalf of the AHV branch office

- Commercial training and further education in social insurance
- Professional experience in social insurance
- Precise and independent working style and a flair for numbers
