Your main tasks:As a cheerful hostess, you are responsible for the entire operation, including the partially serviced bistro, self-service, the classic gas station shop, and the gas station, which you manage according to business management principles. Creating a special enjoyment experience for customers and guests is one of your main tasks. You lead a team of around 10 employees and celebrate an extraordinary customer and guest orientation; a hallmark of the von Rotz Genusswelt.
- You lead and promote the employees, write fair duty rosters, and harmonize a qualitatively exemplary service with business management professionalism, which you exemplify through your active participation.
- You build harmonious relationships with guests and ensure that the circle of enthusiastic regular customers continuously expands.
- You are responsible for profitability as well as the quality of all services and products and ensure that legal standards are always impeccably met.
- A hospitality education with corresponding further training in business management and employee leadership
- As a winning personality, you have a particularly high guest orientation that you live authentically – bringing joy to people is your passion
- A pronounced flair for business management contexts. You see what needs to be done, changed, developed where and act and react flexibly according to the situation to operate profitably
