In our Tax Services, we advise as market leaders in diverse areas on all tax-related questions. This way, we optimize the business and legal structures of our globally positioned clients.
Your main tasks
- Responsibility for the development and maintenance of IT products and services throughout the entire lifecycle
- Analysis of customer needs and derivation of innovative solutions – from idea to market maturity
- Management and coordination of all involved internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and clients
- Creation of service descriptions and specifications for complex or cross-topic services
- Cost calculation, budget planning, and economic control of the responsible products and services
What we are looking for
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field as well as several years of experience in IT product or service management
- Solid knowledge in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) and ideally experience with agile methods
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as end-to-end thinking
- High communication and moderation skills, confident appearance towards stakeholders
- Ability to lead projects and motivate teams
- Structured, independent, and team-oriented working style
- Fluent English skills
- Optional: Knowledge in cloud technologies and IT infrastructure
