The privately run senior center in the heart of the city of Winterthur offers a living space for 150 residents where they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Senior Center Wiesengrund is a recognized and popular facility in the healthcare sector.
Our highly motivated housekeeping team takes care of the basic and maintenance cleaning of the rooms and apartments of our residents, all public areas and ancillary rooms in the Senior Center Wiesengrund, as well as laundry services.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Housekeeping Employee 50 - 80%
What you can achieve with us:
- Perform maintenance and spot cleaning tasks (including resident rooms, living groups, public zones, office areas, infrastructure rooms, windows, wardrobes)
- Intermediate and deep cleaning tasks
- Preparation of resident and operational laundry (sorting, stain treatment, washing)
- Folding and distributing operational and resident laundry
- Carrying out various housekeeping tasks
What you bring with you:
- Good spoken German skills and good listening comprehension of Swiss German
- Experience in cleaning services and laundry
- Quick comprehension and reliability
- A cool head in hectic situations
- Independence and adaptability in a very agile environment
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
