- You lead the rolling stock maintenance in Andermatt with around 25 employees and promote their professional and personal development
- Together with them, you are responsible for the compliant handling of maintenance, repair, shunting, and cleaning work on the rolling stock, both technically and economically
- You recognize deviations early, act proactively, and initiate appropriate solutions
- You actively accompany changes and continuously improve processes to make workflows efficient
- You are involved in strategic development topics in the Andermatt area
Your Profile
- You have a higher technical education (FH, HF, federal diploma or equivalent) and ideally knowledge in the railway industry
- As a flexible and resilient personality with entrepreneurial flair, you have already proven your leadership experience
- You maintain a team-oriented leadership style and motivate your team as a coach
- You bring experience in change processes and are familiar with standards, occupational safety, and working time laws
- You communicate clearly, organize efficiently, and think networked
