Technical Sales Consultant, Project Manager Architecture

Strengthen our Architecture Sales team at the Trubschachen location as a Technical Sales Consultant, Project Manager Architecture (80–100%).

Jakob Rope Systems develops and sells architectural systems made of stainless steel as well as solutions for rope and lifting technology. Our products and services are well established in the market and are distributed worldwide in over 40 countries. Together with our subsidiaries, we employ over 700 people. Production and processing mainly take place at our locations in Trubschachen and Saigon in Vietnam.

To strengthen our Architecture Sales team at the Trubschachen location, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a:

Technical Sales Consultant, Project Manager Architecture (80–100%)

• Customer consulting and sales in German and English
• Development of technical solutions including material lists; obtaining quotes
• Creation, calculation, and monitoring of offers; clarification of feasibility, scope of services, and delivery dates
• Project management: project planning and control, measurements, data preparation, coordination of drawing creation
• Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts
• Coordination of subcontractors and handling of external services
• Organization and coordination of construction sites and assembly work
• Technical basic training with commercial further education
• Experience in sales and technical customer consulting, ideally in the metal construction industry
• Very good German, good English (spoken and written)
• Excellent technical understanding, expertise in architecture and construction
• Strong skills in selling technical solutions as well as in project management
