Executive Assistant
Geneva
To strengthen the Finance and Accounting department, we are looking for an Executive Assistant.
Your tasks:
- Provide support and assistance to the service management in all activities related to its operation and management
- Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the department
- Formalize and write the internal procedures of the service and ensure their updating
- Offer support to the team in case of special situations and specific questions
- Implement planning and activity management tools for the service
- Occasionally participate in specific projects
Your profile:
- Accounting training with a Bachelor’s degree in finance or business management (certified accountant diploma is a plus)
- Successful experience of 5 to 10 years in finance, audit or management control (experience in an audit firm is a plus)
- Person who is rigorous, precise and with a strong sense of discretion
- Fluent in French and comfortable writing procedures
- Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Proficient with common computer tools
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and to liaise between departments
- Proactivity, taste for continuous improvement and task optimization
