The Raiffeisenbank Steffisburg is one of the smallest Raiffeisen banks nationwide in Switzerland, but as a team we achieve great things. At a total of 5 locations, our approximately 30 employees, including 4 trainees, contribute to ensuring that customer proximity is lived daily. Just like our motto "from person to person".

• You warmly welcome our customers and ensure a positive customer experience
• Co-responsibility for ensuring smooth front operations such as managing the cash counter or maintaining the ATMs
• Advising customers on basic products
• Assisting with the administrative processing of daily business and customer orders

• Completed banking apprenticeship with experience in a similar role
• Good communication and social skills as well as confident and professional appearance
• Enjoyment of customer contact as well as administrative tasks
• High service and customer orientation
