The Nursing and Competence Centre neues marthastift in Basel specialises in the care and support of people with dementia and psychogeriatric illnesses and offers a home to 110 residents. With the planned expansion to 120 places by 2028, we are in an exciting phase of development and are actively shaping our leadership and corporate culture. YOUR PROFILE

• You have a solid nursing education at tertiary level as well as further training in leadership (e.g. CAS/MAS/EMBA Leadership in Healthcare)
• You bring experience and professional expertise in long-term care; dementia and/or old age psychiatry is an advantage
• You have proven leadership experience of teams and ideally of leaders
• You recognise potential, promote talents and further develop organisations
• You combine quality awareness with pragmatic solutions
• You communicate openly, reliably, clearly and appreciatively
• You enjoy strengthening and developing a young leadership team and actively shaping the future of care
• You bring strategic and business management thinking as well as the ability to assess and represent topics at executive management level
• You have the ability to inspire people and achieve goals together
• You have the courage to question the status quo and drive new things forward
• You have a good sense for employees, residents and relatives
• You bring a positive attitude, humour and composure
