Specifically, you will land with us in Property Management, where you take care of the re-rental of all properties in a team. You deal with active and completion-oriented support and are in personal, written, and telephone contact with tenants, authorities, and companies.
Other tasks include:
- You take care of the selection of tenants and the preparation of rental contracts, including the establishment of rental deposit securities.
- You process incoming terminations and ensure re-rental.
- You handle various correspondences and assist with the awarding of maintenance work and repairs.
- You organize and conduct viewings with interested parties.
- You provide support during apartment handovers and takeovers, sometimes carrying these out independently.

Your qualifications:
- Completed training or further education in the commercial field
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Good German spoken and written, English, French, and other languages are an advantage
