The Senior Center Park is located in the heart of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is embedded in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
Your tasks are:
Together with the management team, you will initiate a process for a sustainable and successful future. You will set essential impulses so that the Senior Center Park is perceived as a "place to be" by both residents and employees. Your areas of responsibility include:
• Overall responsibility for operational and economic management and the implementation of the strategy
• Continuation of the sustainable reorganization strategy with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation
• Establishment and further development of an open, appreciative corporate culture that inspires residents and employees
• Ensuring and further developing excellent care and support quality
• Financial management and securing economic stability
• Identification of optimization potential
• Promotion of team spirit, fun, motivation, and personal responsibility throughout the house
You bring:
• Extensive professional experience in a leadership role in a larger social institution
• Training and further education in health or social services with a qualification as 'Institution Manager'
• Business management training
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire people for common goals
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting combined with a confident, persuasive demeanor
• Integrative and motivating personality with an awareness of the role model function
• Enjoyment in shaping and developing new solutions (structures, processes, workflows)
