Your new job
- Professional responsibility for the development, introduction, and operational implementation of a lifecycle-based Real Estate Lifecycle Management (ILM), which includes the management of buildings, spaces, and usage considering costs, energy, and risks
- Bringing together the specialist areas of real estate management, workplace, and infrastructure projects and cleverly bundling activities
- Operationally leading and managing the specialist team to ensure service delivery within the group
- Being responsible for ILM projects and taking an active role in project and change management
- Active internal and external professional exchange (expert rounds, committees, professional networks) as well as close collaboration with various internal departments such as IT, finance and risk, sustainability, and sales units

- Practical experience and knowledge in the real estate sector, portfolio management, CREM, and CAFM
