Supervisor Red Cross Emergency Call District Zurzach
The Red Cross emergency call with its mobile and stationary emergency call solutions offers security around the clock and enables elderly and solitary people to live independently and autonomously at home for longer.
To complement our team, we are looking for a supervisor for the Red Cross emergency call in the Zurzach district and neighboring municipalities of the Baden district immediately or by arrangement (variable workload, approx. 5-10 assignments per month / on call).
This is a versatile activity, which mainly takes place at the homes of our emergency call customers and can be organized independently in the home office.
What you can achieve
Installation and maintenance of emergency call devices at customers' homes
Practical training of customers in the use of the emergency call device
Coordination of installation and service appointments with customers and the emergency call center
Adjustment of customer data in digital databases
Ordering and managing emergency call devices including accessories
Support for short-notice maintenance assignments
Handling various administrative tasks
What you bring
Socially competent, empathetic, and enjoyment in contact with elderly people
Technical flair & affinity for digital processes
Time flexibility and customer orientation
Reliable and careful working
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Own vehicle available for assignments
Residence in the Zurzach district or in neighboring municipalities in the Baden district
