Clerk / Clerk Patient Admission 80-100%

Your main tasks
- Responsibility for the administrative care of patients from admission to discharge
- Clarifications with patients, health insurance companies, and insurers regarding cost coverage
- Recording of patient/case and insurance data
- Carrying out bed planning and creating the OR schedule as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with the relevant departments
- Support in projects within patient admission
- Oral and written correspondence with internal and external stakeholders (patients, health insurance companies, attending physicians, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or training as medical practice assistant/medical practice coordinator with experience in patient admission
- Professional experience in the area of responsibility or in healthcare is an advantage
- Great interest in healthcare is required
- High social competence, professionalism, team spirit, and appreciative communication style
- Flexible person with a reliable, precise, and independent working style
- Good MS Office user skills
