As a Sales & Production Planner DE & CH (m/f/d), you manage the planning for defined finished products in Germany and Switzerland – from demand to production and packaging coordination. You work data-driven, with strong interface management, ensuring that our goals for availability, inventory, and forecast quality are met.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Sales & Production Planner DE & CH - Ovomaltine (m/f/d) 80-100%
- Demand Planning & Forecast Excellence: Responsibility for sales planning (DE & CH) including rollforward, variance analyses, and scenarios as well as building/developing a robust forecast process (promotions, seasonality, innovations/delists) and co-managing key central KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory coverage, delivery readiness).
- S&OP / IBP Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment: Planning and moderating monthly consensus meetings with marketing and sales, translating market and business inputs into decision-ready planned quantities including assumptions/risks, and active stakeholder management for decision-making.
- Supply & Production Synchronization: Close coordination with supply/production to ensure availability, prioritization in bottlenecks, and coordinated production planning for assigned finished products with all relevant internal interfaces.
- Packaging & Launch Readiness: Scheduling and ordering assigned packaging materials focusing on material availability and inventory control as well as implementing new introductions (phase-in/phase-out, ramp-ups, master data readiness) along defined recommendations and coordination formats.
- Operational Planning Control & Data Quality: Daily handling of exception messages in the planning and ERP system (root cause, correction, prevention) and ensuring a clean data basis (parameters/master data/consistency).
- Education & Expertise: Completed HF (e.g., business processes/industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on planning/supply chain.
- Planning & Industry Experience: Practical experience in the planning environment (demand/supply/production planning) and good understanding of value chains; experience in the food industry is a strong plus.
- System Competence: Confident handling of SAP including working with exception messages, master data, and planning-relevant parameters.
- Working Method & Methodological Competence: You work precisely, structured, and data-driven, recognize deviations early, and implement topics on time and with ownership – while adhering to all quality, hygiene, and safety standards essential for our products and processes.
- Collaboration & Communication: Very good communication skills, team player mindset, and enjoyment in working with marketing, sales, and production to achieve viable solutions and decisions.
