Sales Advisor for Mountain Sports 80-100%

Do you want to prepare our customers for their next mountain adventure together with a dedicated and well-coordinated team and inspire them with your expertise in mountain sports? We are looking for you as a sales advisor for mountain sports with a workload between 80 - 100 percent for our branch in Chur, starting work in June 2026.

Bächli Bergsport is the leading Swiss specialist store for mountaineering, climbing, expeditions, hiking, ski touring, and snowshoeing. In eleven sales branches in German-speaking Switzerland, two sales branches in French-speaking Switzerland, and one branch in Ticino, we offer our demanding customers the best products and brands, expert advice, and high-quality service.

• You have solid expertise in the mountain sports area (especially climbing, high-altitude tours, ski touring) and can advise our customers on an equal footing.
• You act customer-oriented because you are convinced that loyal customers are gained through good service and customer care.
• You receive our products, present them on the sales floor, sell them in the store, or ship them in our beautiful packages.
• At the cash register, you give everyone a smile and complete the shopping experience.

• You actively practice mountain sports (e.g., climbing, high-altitude tours, ski touring) and convey your passion for the mountains both to our customers and within the team.
• You have preferably completed an apprenticeship as a retail specialist or ideally already gained professional experience in sales.
• Your positive charisma and flair for advice are very well received by customers.
• You are a team player and like to share your knowledge.
