Your tasks:
- Organization:Help ensure a smooth process in daily operations (room service, dining room, guest service on the ward and at events)
- Hotel concept:You support compliance with standardized requirements as well as hygiene and quality standards
- Optimization: You develop workflows further in collaboration with the hotel management
- Contact person: You are available to patients and other stakeholders for questions
You bring the following for this position:
- Training:Restaurant specialist EFZ or comparable training
- Experience:In gastronomy and/or experience in a comparable role in hospitals or clinics
- Your personality:You are service-oriented, have excellent manners, enjoy working with elderly people, are responsible and resilient
- Weekend and holiday shifts:You are flexible and willing to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Languages:Very good knowledge of German
