With us, you are guaranteed not to be bored, because you:
* Take over the administrative support for up to three hotels in the group and are the contact person for the respective hotel managers
* Are responsible for finance and controlling topics from analysis to implementation and are the first contact person for your clients
* Lead coordination with our external service providers (e.g., accounting, taxes, IT system providers)
* Are responsible for accounting tasks (preparatory including all cash registers and other information systems and follow-up including supporting account reconciliations) as well as invoice management and payment processing
* Accompany monthly and annual financial statements as well as budgets, forecasts, and reporting and ensure the quality and transparency of our figures
* Take on additional projects to further develop processes, structures, and working methods in the finance area while keeping an eye on our growth and operational reality

* Have several years of professional experience in the finance environment of the hotel industry
* Bring solid knowledge in internal accounting as well as good knowledge in financial accounting, balance sheets, controlling, and inventory management
* Have good knowledge of accounting systems and a passion for Excel and digital work
* Think solution-oriented, bring in ideas, and want to actively shape finance
* Work structured, analytically, and keep an overview even with complex topics
* Communicate clearly, pragmatically, and on equal footing - internally and externally
* Are fluent in German and English
