Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from a university or HES; experience in academia is a plus.

Specificity
3-year fixed-term contract, with a possible extension; special conditions: 75 - 80%, Friday off.

Field of activity
Independent processing of admission applications from holders of foreign diplomas at bachelor and master levels
Verification of the content of files and eligibility of candidates, then autonomous decision-making - partly in collaboration with the competent services of the University of Fribourg
Drafting official decisions in French, English, and German
Research and analysis of foreign educational systems to assess diploma recognition for admission
Informing candidates about admission conditions and procedures (by email, phone, or at the counter)
Execution of various administrative tasks related to the management of admission files
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed at a university or a University of Applied Sciences (UAS)
Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written; very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Excellent writing skills in French and German
Professional experience; experience in the academic field is an asset
Analytical and synthesis skills
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Good communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills
Personality demonstrating professionalism, integrity, a sense of responsibility, and initiative
Language requirements
French and/or German
with very good knowledge of the other language
