ServiceNow Consultant

missions 🛠

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be responsible for leading scoping, design, development and implementation activities across client projects to deliver world class ServiceNow based solutions.

• Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.
• Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
• Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation.
• Participate in workshops with customers to understand customer gap and establish future solution.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow Solution with a technical architecture designed for long-term success using ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices.
• Plan and coordinate all phases of testing and test acceptance; design and oversee development of testing related work products; lead test remediation cycles
• Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert

your profile 👀

• More than 5 years of experience in IT industry
• Proven experience in consulting / professional services and technical delivery
• A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget
• Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages
• Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc.
• Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4)
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM), Service Mapping (CIS-SM), Discovery (CIS-Discovery) and Event Management (CIS-EM) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English. German is a plus.
