Requirements
Relevant training and solid experience at the reception, preferably in day and night shifts. Familiar with all areas of the front office. Able to communicate perfectly in German and English, both orally and in writing, with international guests. Skilled in dealing with trainees. Independent, reliable, friendly, and engaging host with a passion for guest contact.
